Marcus T. Moore, a native of South Carolina, but has called the Los Angeles area home for the past 10 years. Mr. Moore received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology with an emphasis on Criminal Justice and a minor degree in Business Administration from Hampton University and a Master’s Degree in Urban Affairs and Planning from Virginia Tech.
Through his many years in the staffing industry, he has had the privilege of working with the following clients: Honda, Michelin North America, FOX, Johnson & Johnson, Firestone, Bausch & Lomb, Zynga, and The Walt Disney Company. In 2011, Marcus was among the first cohort in the nation to graduate from the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in Los Angeles. In 2013, Genesis Professional Staffing was awarded the Blue Ribbon Award for Small Business of the Year by the U.S Chamber of Commerce. In 2016 and 2017, the organization was nominated as National Minority Supplier Development Council (Southern California branch) Supplier of the Year by Honda.
